Multi-Use Complex

Suggess is advising on the funding and capital structure of Pisa's largest urban redevelopment project: the creation of a multi-use complex consisting of (1) a 240-bed student housing campus, (2) a 34-bedroom boutique hotel, and (3) a 24-unit Greenfield co-living building, and a public parc anchoring the 3 uses together at the heart of Pisa only 450m away from the Tower. The project is managed by the award-winning operator RELIFE which is also running Suggess's real estate projects in Turin and Padova.
