Suggess advised a major Swiss real estate developer in creating the capital structure needed to fund and run the disruptive ESG-based student housing operator, RELIFE, and in the construction and launch of its flagship 300-bed operation in Turin. RELIFE is an award-winning operator, having won the 2023 “Best Student Housing Design” and 2024 “Best Student Housing Project” Award by the prestigious Class Foundation for the launch of the Turin project.
